Air Flown Fresh Salmon Sashimi has never been frozen and farmed in Norwegian cold & clean waters off the coast of Norway. Cold Water seafood generally takes a longer time to grow thus this gives more fat to the Salmon.
Fillet (+/- 200g)
Store in chiller/fridge for up to 2-3 days.
Freeze immediately for future cooking.
Thaw frozen fillet slowly in the chiller/fridge overnight.

Keep sashimi chilled and consume within the same day.
