Ribeye steak comes from the rib section of a cow, between the 6th and 12th ribs. For this reason, ribeye steak is usually tender, soft, and is generous with marbling and flavour.
Store in fridge/chiller for 2 days or in the freezer for a longer time. Thaw in fridge/chiller overnight before cooking.
