Fresh Atlantic Salmon (Sashimi Grade)(Norway)
Not frozen. Includes shoyu & wasabi. Air Flown Fresh Salmon Sashimi has never been frozen and farmed in Norwegian cold & clean waters off the coast of Norway. Cold Water seafood generally takes a longer time to grow thus this gives more fat to the Salmon.

Fillet (+/- 200g)

  • Store in chiller/fridge for up to 2-3 days.
  • Freeze immediately for future cooking.
  • Thaw frozen fillet slowly in the chiller/fridge overnight.

Sashimi Slice (incl. sauce & wasabi)

  • Keep sashimi chilled and consume within the same day.
  • Do not freeze.
  • You should not eat raw sashimi beyond 24 hrs.
