Suggested cooking instructions
1. Defrost the meat overnight in the chiller before cooking.2. Pre-heat oven to 200°C.3. Heat up a pan and lightly oil it. Turn the heat down to medium-low, then put in the lamb. 4. Let the meat sear on both sides until brown. (Take note that there is sugar content in the marinade, therefore do not cook on high heat or it will be burnt.)5. Remove from pan and put in an oven-safe dish or baking tray. Continue cooking for 4-5 minutes depending on preferred doneness.
